The Board and any of its members and its staff and employees, including, without limitation, inspectors, investigators, advisers, examiners, clerks, counsel, experts, committees, panels, hearing officers and consultants, are immune from civil liability for any act performed in good faith and without malicious intent in the execution of any duties pursuant to this chapter.
