Text

1. Except as otherwise provided in subsection 2, unless he or she has been issued a license as an athletic trainer by the Board pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, a person shall not:

(a)Engage in the practice of athletic training;
(b)Hold himself or herself out as licensed or qualified to engage in the practice of athletic training; or
(c)Use in connection with his or her name any title, words, letters or other designation intended to imply or designate him or her as a licensed athletic trainer. 2. A student athletic trainer or graduate student athletic trainer may engage in the practice of athletic training while under the supervision of a licensed athletic trainer. 3.
