Text

1. A person who is licensed under NRS 640.092 , 640.093 and 640.094 as a physical therapist assistant shall use the words or letters “P.T.A.” or “Physical Therapist Assistant” immediately following his or her name when representing himself or herself as a licensed physical therapist assistant. 2. Any person:

(a)Who is not licensed as a physical therapist assistant;
(b)Whose license has been suspended or revoked; or
(c)Whose license has expired and has not been reinstated, Ê and who uses in connection with his or her name the words or letters “P.T.A.” or “Physical Therapist Assistant,” or any other letters, words or insignia indicating or implying that he or she is a licensed physical therapist assistant, or who in any other way, orally, or in writing, or in print, by sign, directly, or
