Text

1. “Internet pharmacy” means a person located within or outside this State who knowingly:

(a)Uses or attempts to use the Internet, in whole or in part, to communicate with or obtain information from another person; and

(b)Uses or attempts to use such communication or information, in whole or in part, to fill or refill a prescription or otherwise engage in the practice of pharmacy. 2. As used in this section, “Internet” has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 453.3625 .
