Text

Unless the Board determines that extenuating circumstances exist, the Board shall forward to the appropriate law enforcement agency any substantiated information submitted to the Board concerning a person who engages in the practice of or offers to engage in the practice of audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids without the appropriate license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
