Text

1. The Board may issue a temporary license to engage in the practice of:

(a)Audiology, speech-language pathology or fitting and dispensing hearing aids upon application and the payment of the fee required pursuant to NRS 637B.175 to any person who is so licensed in another state and who meets all the qualifications for licensing in this State; and
(b)Fitting and dispensing hearing aids upon application and payment of the fee required pursuant to NRS 637B.175 to any person who meets all the qualifications for licensing as a hearing aid specialist or an endorsement of a license to engage in the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing aids other than passing the examination concerning the practice of fitting and dispensing hearing aids prescribed pursuant to NRS 637B.194 . 2.
