Whenever any person has engaged in any act or practice which constitutes an offense under this chapter, the district court of any county, on application of the Board, may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining the act or practice. A proceeding under this section is governed by Rule 65 of the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure.
