Text

1. The Board shall maintain records pertaining to applicants to whom licenses have been issued or denied. These records must include:

(a)The name of each applicant.
(b)The name of each person who is issued a license.
(c)The business address of the applicant or holder of a license.
(d)The date of issuance or denial of the license.
(e)The current status of the license.
(f)The name of each holder of a license who has been subject to disciplinary action by the Board. 2. Upon request, the Board shall disclose any information maintained pursuant to subsection 1 and may charge a fee for a copy of the information. The fee must not exceed the actual cost incurred by the Board in producing the copy.
