Text

1. Service of process made under this chapter must be made by one of the following methods:

(a)Sending the process to be served to the person by certified mail at his or her last known address as indicated in the records of the Board; or
(b)Personal delivery of the document to be served upon the person. 2. Service of process made under this chapter shall be deemed complete when a true and correct copy of the document, properly addressed and stamped, is deposited in the United States mail pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1, or when personal delivery is completed pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 1. 3. Any notice which is not required to be served in accordance with subsection 1 or 2 may be transmitted by:
(a)First-class mail, postage prepaid, addressed to the licensee at the
