If a licensee fails to comply with the provisions of NRS 636.260 on or before the prescribed date, the license must be suspended effective March 1 of the year of the prescribed date and must remain suspended until it is restored in the manner specified in NRS 636.275 or expires pursuant to that section, whichever occurs first.
