Text
An applicant for a license to practice chiropractic who has the qualifications prescribed in NRS 634.090 may, while waiting to take the Board’s examination but for no longer than 90 days, perform chiropractic, including, without limitation, chiropractic adjustment or manipulation, under the direct supervision of a chiropractic physician who is professionally and legally responsible for the applicant’s performance.
