Text

1. A physician assistant shall:

(a)Keep his or her license available for inspection at his or her primary place of business; and
(b)When engaged in professional duties, identify himself or herself as a physician assistant. 2. A physician assistant shall not bill a patient separately from his or her supervising osteopathic physician.
