A person applying for a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS must: 1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS; 2. Apply for a license to practice as a physician assistant to:

(a)The Board pursuant to this chapter; and
(b)The Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS; and 3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:
(a)The application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501 ; and
(b)The fee for application for
