A person applying to renew an anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS must: 1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 630 of NRS; 2. Apply:

(a)To renew an anesthesiologist assistant license to the Board pursuant to this chapter; and

(b)For an anesthesiologist assistant license to the Board of Medical Examiners pursuant to chapter 630 of NRS; and 3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:

(a)The fee for initial simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501 ; and

(b)The applic
