Text
The purpose of licensing osteopathic physicians, physician assistants and anesthesiologist assistants is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State. Any license issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege, and a holder of such a license does not acquire thereby any vested right.
