Text

The Board may delegate its authority to conduct hearings pursuant to NRS 632.350 concerning the discipline of a licensee or holder of a certificate to a hearing officer. The hearing officer has the powers of the Board in connection with the hearings, and shall report to the Board with findings of fact and conclusions of law within 30 days after the final hearing on the matter. The Board may take action based upon the report of the hearing officer, refer the matter to the hearing officer for further hearings or conduct its own hearings on the matter.
