In seeking injunctive relief against any person for an alleged violation of this chapter by practicing medicine, perfusion or respiratory care without a license, it is sufficient to allege that the person did, upon a certain day, and in a certain county of this State, engage in the practice of medicine, perfusion or respiratory care without having a license to do so, without alleging any further or more particular facts concerning the same.
