To be eligible for licensing by the Board as a perfusionist, an applicant must: 1. Be a natural person of good moral character; 2. Submit a completed application as required by the Board by the date established by the Board; 3. Submit any required fees by the date established by the Board; 4. Have successfully completed a perfusion education program approved by the Board, which must:
(a)Have been approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association before June 1, 1994; or
(b)Be a program that has educational standards that are at least as stringent as those established by the Accreditation Committee-Perfusion Education and approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs of the American Medical Associati
