A person applying for an anesthesiologist assistant license pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must: 1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS; 2. Apply for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant to:

(a)The Board pursuant to this chapter; and

(b)The State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and 3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:

(a)The fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268 ; and

(a) The fee for application for and issuance of a simultaneous license as an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 630.268 ; and
(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for an anesthesiologist assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501 .
