A person applying to renew a license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of this chapter who wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS must: 1. Indicate in the application that he or she wishes to hold a simultaneous license to practice as a physician assistant pursuant to the provisions of chapter 633 of NRS; 2. Apply:

(a)To renew a license to practice as a physician assistant to the Board pursuant to this chapter; and

(b)For a license to practice as a physician assistant to the State Board of Osteopathic Medicine pursuant to chapter 633 of NRS; and 3. Pay all applicable fees, including, without limitation:

(a)The fee for biennial simultaneous registration of a physician assist

(b) The application and initial simultaneous license fee for a physician assistant pursuant to NRS 633.501 .
