Text
1.The purpose of licensing physicians, perfusionists, physician assistants, anesthesiologist assistants and practitioners of respiratory care is to protect the public health and safety and the general welfare of the people of this State.
2.Any license issued pursuant to this chapter is a revocable privilege.
