§ 63.620 — Required notice upon escape and apprehension of child

Nevada·Title 5 JUVENILE JUSTICE·Ch. 63 State· ESCAPE FROM FACILITY

1. Upon the escape of a child from a facility, the superintendent of the facility shall notify:

(a)The appropriate law enforcement agency of the escape; and
(b)Immediately thereafter, the public. The notice to the public must include a description of the child. 2. The superintendent of the facility shall immediately notify the public upon the apprehension of the child.
