§ 63.490 — Transfer

Nevada·Title 5 JUVENILE JUSTICE·Ch. 63 State· COMMITMENT TO FACILITY

1. The superintendent of a facility may transfer a child from one facility to another facility if:

(a)The Administrator of the Division of Child and Family Services consents to the transfer; and
(b)The transfer is in the best interests of the child. 2. If a transfer is made, the general provisions regarding placements in a facility apply.
