100,000 OR MORE BUT LESS THAN 700,000
All information obtained in the discharge of an official duty by an officer or employee of the juvenile court is privileged and must not be disclosed other than to the juvenile court, the director of juvenile services or any person who is authorized to receive that information pursuant to the provisions of this title, unless otherwise ordered by the juvenile court or permitted by the director.
