“Aggravated sexual offense” means:
1.Battery with intent to commit sexual assault pursuant to NRS 200.400 ; 2.An offense involving the administration of a drug to another person with the intent to enable or assist the commission of a felony pursuant to NRS 200.405 , if the felony is listed in NRS 179D.097 ; 3.An offense involving the administration of a controlled substance to another person with the intent to enable or assist the commission of a crime of violence pursuant to NRS 200.408 , if the crime of violence is listed in NRS 179D.097 ; 4.An offense listed in NRS 179D.097 , if the offense is subject to the additional penalty set forth in NRS 193.165 ; 5.An offense listed in NRS 179D.097 , if the offense results in substantial bodily harm to the victim; 6.Any sexual offense if th

“Aggravated sexual offense” means:

7. An attempt or conspiracy to commit an offense listed in this section.
