§ 62E.260 — Information provided to child upon application for driver’s license; procedure following suspension or delay

1. If a child applies for a driver’s license, the Department of Motor Vehicles shall:

(a)Notify the child of the provisions of this title that permit the juvenile court to suspend or revoke the driver’s license of the child; and
(b)Require the child to sign an affidavit acknowledging that the child is aware that the driver’s license of the child may be suspended or revoked pursuant to the provisions of this title. 2. If the juvenile court issues an order delaying the ability of a child to receive a driver’s license, not later than 5 days after issuing the order the juvenile court shall forward to the Department of Motor Vehicles a copy of the order. 3. If the juvenile court issues an order suspending the driver’s license of a child:
(a)The juvenile court shall order the child to surrend
