§ 62B.410 — Termination and retention of jurisdiction

Nevada·Title 5 JUVENILE JUSTICE·Ch. 62B General· JURISDICTION

Except as otherwise provided in NRS 62F.110, 62F.310 and 62F.340, if a child is subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court, the juvenile court:

1.May terminate its jurisdiction concerning the child at any time, either on its own volition or for good cause shown; or
2.May retain jurisdiction over the child until the child reaches 21 years of age.
