§ 62B.260 — “Licensing authority” defined
Nevada·Title 5 JUVENILE JUSTICE·Ch. 62B General· Background Investigation of Employees of Institutions,
Agencies and Facilities to Which Child Is Committed
As used in NRS 62B.260 to 62B.280, inclusive, “licensing authority” means the governmental entity which licenses and regulates a private institution to which a juvenile court commits a child, including without limitation, a facility for the detention of children.
