1. It is unlawful for any private professional guardian company licensed pursuant to this chapter to engage in the business of a private professional guardian at any office outside this State without the prior approval of the Commissioner. 2. Before the Commissioner will approve a branch to be located outside this State, the private professional guardian company must:

(a)Obtain from that state any required license as a private professional guardian; or
(b)Provide proof satisfactory to the Commissioner that the private professional guardian company has met all the requirements to engage in the business of a private professional guardian in that state pursuant to its laws, including, without limitation, written documentation from the appropriate court or state agency that the private profe
