Text

1. If the Commissioner approves an application pursuant to NRS 628B.340 and the applicant pays the required fees, the Commissioner shall issue to the applicant a license to engage in the business of a private professional guardian. 2. A license issued pursuant to subsection 1 must contain:

(a)The name of the licensee.
(b)The locations by street and number where the licensee is authorized to engage in business.
(c)The number and the date of issuance of the license.
(d)That the license is issued pursuant to this chapter and that the licensee is authorized to engage in the business of a private professional guardian under this chapter.
(e)The expiration date of July 1 of the next year.
