1. After conducting an investigation pursuant to NRS 628B.330 , if the Commissioner finds grounds for the denial of the application, the Commissioner shall provide to the applicant written notice of such grounds by personal service or certified mail. 2. The applicant may cure any defect or deficiency in the application and, not more than 30 days after receipt of the notice pursuant to subsection 1, resubmit the application for approval. 3.
