Text

1. Upon denial of an application for a registration, the Board shall give the person written notice of its decision mailed to the person at his or her last known address by certified mail, return receipt requested. The notice must:

(a)State the reason for the denial; and
(b)Inform the person that he or she has the right to a hearing before the Board. 2. A written request for a hearing must be filed with the Board within 30 days after the notice is mailed. If a hearing is requested, the Board shall set a time and place for a formal hearing and notify the person of the time and place set for the hearing. The Board shall hold the hearing at the time and place designated in the notice.
