1. Advertisements and solicitations for work concerning a residential photovoltaic system used to produce electricity must be truthful and not materially misleading. 2. A person who makes an advertisement or solicitation for work concerning a residential photovoltaic system used to produce electricity shall not expressly or implicitly state that the person will perform the work, enter into a contract, express or implied, to perform the work or act as a contractor to perform the work unless the person holds:

(a)A license issued pursuant to this chapter which authorizes the person to perform the work; or
(b)Any other license, certificate, registration or permit under state law which authorizes the person to perform the work, Ê as provided pursuant to NRS 624.860 . 3. A contractor shall not
