The Board shall adopt regulations concerning the: 1. Form of a written citation issued pursuant to NRS 624.341 ; 2. Time required for a person to correct a condition resulting from an act that constitutes a violation of this chapter or the regulations of the Board if the person is so ordered pursuant to NRS 624.341 ; and 3. Imposition of an administrative fine pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. The Board shall consider:

(a)The gravity of the violation;

(b)The good faith of the person; and

(c)Any history of previous violations of the provisions of this chapter by the person.
