Text

1. A violation of a provision of this chapter by a person:

(a)Unlawfully representing himself or herself as a landscape architect, landscape designer, landscape consultant, landscape draftsman or landscape architect intern, or using any other title or term indicating or implying that he or she is a landscape architect or landscape architect intern; or
(b)Engaging in the practice of landscape architecture, Ê without holding a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern, may be enjoined by a district court on petition by the President of the Board in the name of the Board. In any such proceeding, it is not necessary to show that any person is individually injured. 2. If the respondent in a proceeding specified in subsection 1 is found guilty of: (
