Text

If a certificate of registration has not been renewed within 3 years after its expiration, the holder of the certificate of registration may apply for and obtain a new certificate of registration if he or she:

1.Is otherwise eligible;
2.Pays all fees required by this chapter;
3.Passes an examination administered or approved by the Board; and
4.Establishes to the satisfaction of the Board that he or she is qualified to practice landscape architecture.
