The Board shall prepare and adopt a code of conduct for holders of certificates of registration and holders of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. The code must ensure the maintenance of a high standard of integrity, dignity and professional responsibility by members of the profession. Before adopting the code, the Board shall send a copy of the proposed code to each holder of a certificate of registration and holder of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern. Each holder of a certificate of registration and holder of a certificate to practice as a landscape architect intern may vote on any provision included in the code.
