If a licensee of a regulatory body appears before the regulatory body concerning any matter that is within the jurisdiction of the regulatory body, the licensee must disclose, to the best of his or her knowledge, whether an immediate relative of the licensee:
1.Is employed by the regulatory body; or
2.Has any financial, business, professional or personal relationship with a member or employee of the regulatory body.
