Text

1. A license as a photovoltaic installer expires 1 year after the date on which the license is issued. To renew a license as a photovoltaic installer, a person must, on or before the date on which the license expires:

(a)Apply to the Division for renewal;
(b)Pay the annual fee for renewal established by the Division by regulation; and
(c)Submit evidence satisfactory to the Division that the person has completed the requirements for continuing education or training established by the Division, if any. 2. The Division may adopt regulations establishing requirements for continuing education or training that a person must complete in order for the person to renew a license as a photovoltaic installer.
