Text

1. The Occupational Safety and Health Review Board, consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, is hereby created under the Division. 2. The Governor shall appoint:

(a)Two members who are representatives of management.
(b)Two members who are representatives of labor.
(c)One member who is a representative of the general public.
(d)One person to serve as an alternate for the representative of the general public when that member is unable to attend a meeting of the Board. Ê At least one of the members appointed pursuant to paragraph (a) or (b) must be knowledgeable regarding occupational safety or health. 3. After the initial terms, members shall serve terms of 4 years. No member may serve more than two terms. 4. No person employed by the Division may serve as a member of the Bo
