Where a written assessment is requested pursuant to NRS 616C.550 or where a plan for a program of vocational rehabilitation is required pursuant to NRS 616C.555, a vocational rehabilitation counselor must be appointed as follows:
1.The insurer and the injured employee or personal or legal representative of the injured employee shall agree on the selection of a vocational rehabilitation counselor.
2.If the insurer or injured employee or personal or legal representative of the injured employee are unable to agree on the appointment of a vocational rehabilitation counselor, the insurer shall submit a list of at least three vocational rehabilitation counselors who are employed by at least three different organizations or entities to the injured employee or personal or legal representative of
