Text

The Administrator shall not designate a chiropractic physician to rate permanent partial disabilities unless the chiropractic physician has completed an advanced program of training in rating disabilities using the American Medical Association’s Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment which is offered or approved by the Administrator.
