Text
The Commissioner shall impose an administrative fine, not to exceed $5,000, if an employer whose certification as a self-insured employer has terminated fails to pay compensation pursuant to chapters 616A to 616D, inclusive, or chapter 617 of NRS after an order for payment of any claim becomes final.
