Text

1. The Administrator shall make available a program, using a videotape cassette or other means of presentation, concerning the rights and responsibilities of employers and employees pursuant to chapters 616A to 617 , inclusive, of NRS. The Administrator shall provide written notification concerning the availability of the program to each chamber of commerce in Nevada and to each statewide association for a business or industry. The program must be available to community organizations, businesses, employers and employees upon request. 2. The Administrator shall provide each:

(a)Employer who attends a program, a certificate which certifies that the employer has completed the program described in subsection 1. The employer shall post the certificate in his or her business in a place that is
