Text

1. The Labor Commissioner:

(a)May adopt any regulations necessary or appropriate to carry out the provisions of NRS 613.440 to 613.510 , inclusive; and
(b)Shall prepare and distribute to employers in this state, a notice setting forth a summary of the provisions of NRS 613.440 to 613.510 , inclusive. 2. Each employer shall post and maintain the notice in a conspicuous location at the place of employment where notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily posted and read.
