Text

1. The Commissioner may require the attendance of any person and examine him or her under oath regarding:

(a)Any check-cashing service or loan service regulated pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; or
(b)The subject matter of any audit, examination, investigation or hearing. 2. The Commissioner may require the production of books, accounts, papers and records for any audit, examination, investigation or hearing.
