Text

1. A licensee shall not conduct the business of making loans under any name, at any place or by any method, including, without limitation, at a kiosk, through the Internet, through any telephone, facsimile machine or other telecommunication device or through any other machine, network, system, device or means, except as permitted in the license or branch license issued to the licensee. 2. A licensee must obtain the approval of the Commissioner before using or changing a business name. 3. A licensee shall not:

(a)Use any business name which is identical or similar to a business name used by another licensee under this chapter or which may mislead or confuse the public.
(b)Use any printed forms which may mislead or confuse the public.
