Text

A licensee who has been issued a license to operate a high-interest loan service pursuant to this chapter shall comply with the provisions of subsection 6 of NRS 604A.5049 prohibiting advertisements that are false, misleading or deceptive with regard to the rates, terms or conditions for high-interest loans.
