Text

1.Any person conducting business in this State that files a notification with the Federal Trade Commission or the United States Department of Justice pursuant to the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, 15 U.S.C. § 18a regarding a transaction that involves any assets of a group practice or health carrier in this State shall simultaneously submit a copy of the filing to the Attorney General.
2.A person that submits a copy of a filing to the Attorney General pursuant to subsection 1 satisfies the requirement for notice set forth in NRS 598A.390 .
