Text
“Sightseeing tour” means an excursion that:
1.Has a duration of 24 hours or less;
2.Travels to one or more points of interest; and
3.Is conducted using one or more means of motorized conveyance, including, without limitation, an airplane, bus, helicopter, tour boat or touring raft.
